Questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your current number. We set up call diversion so that only the calls you don't answer go to your AI receptionist.
Will my customers know it's AI?
It sounds friendly and natural, and it introduces itself as answering on behalf of your business. If someone asks directly, it's honest that it's an automated assistant.
What happens with emergencies?
Emergencies such as burst pipes or flooding are marked EMERGENCY at the top of the text, so you can call straight back. For a gas smell it gives safety advice and the national gas emergency number first.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes. I set everything up with your business name, areas and services, then we test it together on a real call.
Can I cancel?
